The client needed support with migrating their global Finance and Transactional P2P processing from 12 separate countries into a single new Business Process Outsource (BPO) in Katowice, Poland. This was part of the remediation of the ‘One Vision’ Programme.
The Solution
We worked in Utrecht in The Netherlands and in Katowice in Poland, advising on and supporting the global implementation of the new Unit4 Business World Cloud ERP system. This comprised rolling out enhanced P2P standard global processes across the client business.
We also carried out training and mentoring the new P2P Team in Katowice, focusing on best practice processes and their new ERP system.
