The Challenge

The client needed to implement the Procurement module of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SO99 Sales Optimiser demand planning solution and TrueCommerce supplier portal.

The Solution

This resulted in –

• Automation of the supplier purchase order and invoicing process
• The facilitation of face-to-face cross-team workshops to process map key demand planning, procurement, and supplier onboarding processes, thus validating them against business requirements.

The client would also use Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) to

• Capture the business team’s user stories
• Create and execute testing scripts
• Successfully complete System Integration (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

We worked with the various System Integrators to resolve any challenges that arose and to deliver this phase of the project on time and with no major issues.
