My name is Stephen King and I’m the founder of P2PSME.
Three threads run through my company’s story –
A passion for process excellence.
Decades of learning and experience.
Success implementing ERP and ‘Best of Breed’ Systems.
I combine my passion and know-how to bring companies complete control over their Procure to Pay systems and processes.
Although P2PSME was established back in 2012, its beginnings go much further back. I had previously spent a decade or two gathering experience in the Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Retail sectors. I worked with Senior Executives, Business Leaders, and their teams – often in Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable and Finance departments.
Since the early days of P2PSME, my focus has been on providing Procure To Pay project consultancy to global organisations across the world. These projects have usually revolved around –

I have contributed to industry eBooks and appeared on several Procure to Pay related YouTube channels. My position as an Account Payable Association ‘Top 100 influencer’ results in regular invitations to attend conferences, either as a speaker or as a panel member.
Stephen has worked twice with me in interim roles. Both were challenging roles in major, complex change programmes which required strong process knowledge, and a resilient and can-do attitude. In both cases he brought impressive knowledge of the P2P process and underlying support applications. He was quick to assess the situation, identify actions and implement.

I cooperated with Stephen King in Finance area in 2016 and 2017. He played the role of Global Process Owner for P2P stream. Stephen designed and implemented E2E PO process for the company and initiated required improvements. Stephen demonstrated significant process expertise and his knowledge of Agresso system was a real asset.
