I worked with Stephen for over a year on a turnaround project on a large and complex shared services BPO in Poland. Stephen was the GPO with full responsibility for all P2P processes.

Stephen has an exceptional knowledge of P2P processes and great working experience of this area gained over many years with a variety of blue-chip organisations. Stephen used his experience to lead and drive through a series of complex projects in the most challenging and demanding environments. He had great successes including the turnaround in performance of a sizeable P2P function, and also the global roll-out of a new purchasing control process across a range of international entities. This latter project needed to be implemented with urgency: Stephen designed the solution and led the implementation working with individual FDs, the central finance function and the 3rd party BPO.
